What are the cancellation conditions?

You may cancel your contract subject to the following fees:

  • 60 days or more before check-in: 50% of the Contract price
  • Between 59 days and the day of check-in: 100% of the Contract price

The online pre-booking is fully refundable until the final confirmation of the reservation.

Can I postpone my booking to other dates?

Date changes must be approved by the owner and are subject to the property's availability. If the owner agrees to postpone your stay to a later date, a 500-euro service fee will be applied by Le Collectionist.
