Cancellation conditions
What are the cancellation conditions?
You may cancel your contract subject to the following fees:
- 60 days or more before check-in: 50% of the Contract price
- Between 59 days and the day of check-in: 100% of the Contract price
The online pre-booking is fully refundable until the final confirmation of the reservation.
For any stay with an amount below or equal to €55 555, the Client shall have the option, through the Travel Agent, to subscribe to cancellation insurance with our partner Koala.
Under the “Koala Flex” Service, in the event of a cancellation at the Client’s initiative carried out at least 60 days prior to the scheduled start date of the stay, 90% of the applicable cancellation fees shall be covered by the partner.
The details of the general terms and conditions as well as the product information document will be made available to the Client during the Booking process on the Website.
Can I postpone my booking to other dates?
Date changes must be approved by the owner and are subject to the property's availability. If the owner agrees to postpone your stay to a later date, a 500-euro service fee will be applied by Le Collectionist.
