When is the booking of my service or experience confirmed?

The booking of your service or experience is confirmed on receipt of either a deposit or a full payment, depending on the partner involved. Once we have received your payment, we will send you a confirmation outlining all the details of your service or experience. Shortly before your departure we will send you a holiday planner listing all the useful contacts for your stay. This will also be waiting for you in your house.
