  • What are the payment terms?

We ask for a deposit on the signature of contracts to confirm your house booking. The balance is due at a date agreed on the signature of the contract. If the owner has not received the balance by this date, he or she is legally entitled to break the rental contract. It is therefore important that you abide by the payment date.

In the interests of financial transparency, we distinguish between house rental and services and experiences, which are paid through a different RIB/ IBAN: payment terms depend on the service and provider.

  • Which currency can I use to pay?

You can pay in euros, dollars, pounds and Swiss francs.

  • Which methods of payment can I use?

You can choose to pay by: credit card (Stripe fee from 1.5%), cheque, bank transfer, Amex (fee varies according to country of issue) or cash (to a maximum of €1000 per invoice).

  • What is your cancellation and refund policy? (pending)

Rental: All payments are non-refundable (except in exceptional circumstances) as once we receive payment, it is transferred to the owner. The signature of the contract constitutes an irrevocable commitment by both parties. If the guest withdraws from the rental agreement, he or she is liable for the total rent.

With respect to experiences, terms and conditions are set by each provider and will be systematically specified in the quotation and at the time of booking.
